Mobi is a virtual assistant that answers your questions about SNCB’s trains and services in a private message on the SNCB Facebook page or via WhatsApp. This way, train passengers are assisted faster. Mobi can also give you real-time information on SNCB train routes and tell you if there are any disruptions or works on a particular route.

Thanks to the joint efforts of SNCB, Ypto and TCS, the Mobi chatbot is now available on Facebook Messenger, Google Home/Google Assistant and WhatsApp (+32 492 88 00 00).

Mobi won third price at the “The Best Bots of Belgium” competition of 2022 and scored best on NLP quality, which indicates how much the chatbot knows and how well it understands questions.
