As part of its mission to digitise SNCB, Ypto participates in creating ever more customer-friendly digital solutions. A great example is the new SNCB app we launched in collaboration with SNCB. Not only did we redesign the app, we also added the option to customise it if you have an account (by adding your home and work station, for example). The MoveSafe feature was fully integrated into the SNCB app and the Multi passes (for ten journeys) were also made available in a digital version.

Ypto continues to improve the SNCB app and releases regular updates. One of the latest features in the app is the train composition information, which allows passengers to locate the first-class or bicycle coaches. The app also shows whether the train has air conditioning or power outlets. Since 2024, passengers can buy and validate De Lijn tickets in the app as well.
