Interview with Romain
Romain is one of Ypto’s Young Graduates (Yogy) and works in our team of Junior IT Specialists. We asked him a few questions about his career, his integration and his prospects at Ypto.
What do you like about the Yogy programme?
Romain: I find it very motivating to develop my skills in a company that believes in my potential and gives me the chance to grow in my field and gain more professional experience. The programme is rewarding and allows me to follow training courses with other Yogys. It’s also a great opportunity to meet new people and build new connections.
What sets Ypto apart from other employers?
Romain: Ypto has a pleasant working atmosphere. Employees can take part in enriching training courses and if you are struggling with something, your colleagues will be happy to help. The working conditions are very interesting: we have flexible working hours, we can work from home 3 days a week and even the juniors get a handsome salary package.
What are your goals and wishes for your future at Ypto?
Romain: I have high hopes for my future at Ypto. I look forward to continuing my hands-on work while taking theoretical courses to fill in my knowledge gaps. I want to keep improving with the help of my colleagues, my technical coach and my buddy, who shows me around in the company and regularly plans catch-up meetings.
Follow in Romain’s footsteps and join Ypto. As a Young Graduate, you will have the opportunity and the time to follow high-quality training courses to rapidly develop your skills and become an expert in your field.
