Ypto manages the secure SNCB network (VPN) and ensures that every computer used at SNCB is regularly updated and replaced. This includes managing 8,000 laptops and computers and installing new Windows updates through a streamlined process.
During the Covid pandemic, we rolled out the VPN in just two days to allow collaborators to work from home as soon as possible. A digital solution for signing documents also had to be produced quickly.
Almost 4,000 SNCB passenger trains travel through our country every day. A lot of (real-time) data is needed to make that traffic as smooth as possible.
