About the role:
The primary role of the M365 senior developer is guiding and implementing solutions to enhance business efficiency and productivity through the intelligent use of MS cloud services.
As M365 Senior Developer you will be part of the Content and Collaboration Services’ team (CCS) and report to your Team Lead. CCS delivers collaboration services and platforms to the business with a budget of over 3M€.
Your main responsibilities are :
- focus on optimizing and customizing applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner through Power Automate workflows, Azure Functions, Azure Apps and SPFx webparts
- perform estimations, planning, and deliverables in a project context
- participate and in some cases lead Sprint Reviews and project meetings in French or Dutch and English
- spend 20% of your time in handling services requests and incidents
- participate in M365 Governance activities like technical assessments, and risk and impact analysis on new features and applications.

Requirements
- at least 5 years’ experience with the majority of M365 applications (Teams, OneDrive)
- at least 3 years’ experience with SPFx framework, PnP, Azure Fuctions and Azure Apps
- Demonstrate “can do” work ethic coupled ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems
- experience with organizing Sprint review meetings
- experience in the domain of people transport is considered an asset
- familiar with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- familiar with Azure cloud services and the development of custom connectors
- fluent in Dutch or French and English

- Must have legal authorisation to work in Belgium.
- Able to work in hybrid work regime: remotely and on site
