Objective:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the commercial channels TVM & Chatbot assuring in time delivery in line with the business roadmap.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction for the team's delivery efforts

  • Manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
    • Manage ENH budget
    • ITR budget remains central on BAM level
  • Foster partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to drive value-added solutions
  • Oversee portfolio management, project delivery, and human resource development
    • Manage Product roadmap
    • Product epic and feature backlog (accountable)
    • Be content-wise involved in the project up to feature level
    • In case of x-cross team projects 1 BAL/TL will be in the driver’s seat
    • Provide guidance on project content and product to analysts and PMs
    • Evaluations and other HR related activities for the internal employees
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective resource allocation and knowledge sharing.
    • Perform RUN-activities with Application Owners / Service Owners

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in the respective domain
  • Strong knowledge of project management, human resources, and financial management
  • In-depth understanding of business and IT processes
  • Proficiency in English and at least French or Dutch with good understanding of the other language
