Objective:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the commercial channels TVM & Chatbot assuring in time delivery in line with the business roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction for the team's delivery efforts
- Manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Manage ENH budget
- ITR budget remains central on BAM level
- Foster partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to drive value-added solutions
- Oversee portfolio management, project delivery, and human resource development
- Manage Product roadmap
- Product epic and feature backlog (accountable)
- Be content-wise involved in the project up to feature level
- In case of x-cross team projects 1 BAL/TL will be in the driver’s seat
- Provide guidance on project content and product to analysts and PMs
- Evaluations and other HR related activities for the internal employees
- Ensure operational excellence through effective resource allocation and knowledge sharing.
- Perform RUN-activities with Application Owners / Service Owners
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in the respective domain
- Strong knowledge of project management, human resources, and financial management
- In-depth understanding of business and IT processes
- Proficiency in English and at least French or Dutch with good understanding of the other language
