Join Ypto as a ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner and taking initiative in optimizing and expanding our ServiceNow solutions. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to our users while driving integration and innovation.
Product Ownership & Roadmap:
- Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and drive the roadmap for ServiceNow applications.
- Strategic Alignment: Align with colleagues to contribute to the overall platform strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Guide and influence stakeholders on leveraging platform capabilities.
- Maximize Platform Use: Promote standard functionalities to enhance product use and maintain platform health.
- Upgrade Management: Assess the impact of upgrades and develop implementation plans.
Implementation & Integration:
- Major Changes: Lead the implementation of significant changes and projects.
- Specifications Development: Create business and functional specifications based on stakeholder requirements.
- Integration Solutions: Develop and implement integration solutions with applications like SAP.
- Development Support: Act as the first point of contact for developers and IT specialists.
- Testing & Documentation: Manage system integration tests, coordinate user acceptance tests, and prepare user documentation.
- User Support: Provide functional support and resolve production issues (‘fourth line’).
- Transition & Hypercare:
- Production Transition: Prepare for and oversee the transition to production.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide hypercare after go-live to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementations of ServiceNow ITSM.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, CMDB, etc.
- Experience in ServiceNow configuration and development is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT architecture best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Experience with Agile teams and offshore development is a plus.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
