As a ServiceNow Project Manager at Ypto, you will lead the successful delivery of IT projects, focusing on ServiceNow implementations. You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure projects meet their objectives, stay on schedule, and within budget.
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead projects from inception to completion.
- Scope Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
Budget & Schedule Management:
- Budget Proposals: Draft and submit budget proposals, manage budget adjustments.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure projects meet deliverables within the agreed schedule, scope, and budget.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Clear Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, providing regular updates to managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work with the ServiceNow and IT teams to support and expand ServiceNow solutions.
- Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison with SNCB/MNBS, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus. (one or more of: ITSM, SPM, CMDB, CSDM, IRM, SecOps, HR SD, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, …. ).
- Knowledge of IT architecture and best practices.
- Experience in delivering IT business processes and applications.
- Familiarity with public sector projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology.
- ITIL knowledge and certification is a plus.
- Project methodology certification (e.g., PM²) is required.
