For DIOR, inside the business domain of Transport Executions, we are looking for a senior agile technical resource who is also skilled in solution design.
The program's deliverables are mobile apps, cloud backend in Azure, Web interfaces and integration with legacy systems.

Core activities will be on the DIOR program.

The Functionalist will be responsible for analysing and optimizing the functions and processes within the organisation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. They will work closely with different departments to understand their roles and how they contribute to the organization's overall goals.

  • Evaluate and analyse current organizational processes and functions
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with department heads to align functions with strategic objectives
  • Design and implement functional strategies that support organizational growth
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies

Requirements

Ideal candidates possess:

  • Completed degree in computer science or a similar field
  • Minimally 5 years of experience in ICT
  • Mastery of the English language (C1+); fluent in either French (B2+) or Dutch (B2+)
  • A Belgian residency and on-premises availability minimally 2 days a week.
  • Experience in process optimization and functional analysis
  • Experience with SAFE/Scrum
  • Have good knowledge of source control (git) and apply unit testing
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A deep knowledge as an end-user of MS Office, JIRA, Confluence…
  • The ability to question requirements in a healthily critical way and record a supported conclusion
  • BPMN experience

Highly appreciated or willing to learn in own time

  • Experience in the design or implementation of IT applications
  • Experience with Azure & .Net
  • Gherkin
