Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Project Management: Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and/or SAFe, to steer projects within your portfolio, manage project backlogs, coordinate delivery and sprint scope, and review user stories.
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and create a compelling vision, roadmap, and feature set for success.
  • Cost Management: Maintain full cost ownership of your assigned project and application portfolio.
  • Transparent Reporting: Provide regular status updates on project progress, key milestones, and Steerco meetings.
  • Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate scrum ceremonies, promote collaboration, and ensure efficient execution of sprints in an Agile development environment.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
    • minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, including experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or SAFe preferred)
    • working knowledge of the Atlassian suite of project management tools
    • experience in the public transport sector is a plus
    • experience in RFP within Public Sector will also be considered as an additional asset
