As a Senior SAP H2R domain architect with experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, you are responsible for SNCB’s SAP and non SAP IT architecture (as is and to be) within the End to end processes for Human Resource Management.

The H2R domain includes all HR processes from Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent development and management, Certification of specific skills and competences, Time registration, Employee and Manager Self Service, Succession planning, etc. to preparing the payroll information: actual payroll calculations and payments are outsourced.

As a hands on experienced SAP domain architect being part of our ERP transversal team, your key responsibilities will be the following:

  • You are the main contact for the architecture within the domain of H2R (SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors – all modules)
  • You manage the strategic vision and SAP Roadmap (multi-year plan) in collaboration with IT and business management to ensure a coherent, stable and efficient IT architecture landscape that meets users’ needs
  • You lead meetings with senior business managers in areas of HRM processes, Data management and Employee Data Privacy
  • You convince a team of senior business users, SAP consultants of the to be solutions in line with the architecture
  • You lead projects with full or partial scope in H2R
  • You work closely with our SAP consultants

Requirements

  • At least 15 years hands on experience in implementing HR processes in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors in large , Belgian, public, enterprises (+20 000 employees)
  • In dept solution knowledge on SAP ECC HCM, S4HANA Time and SAP SuccessFactors (all modules) as well as in depth functional and configuration knowledge of links with other modules or non SAP solutions in areas like (Workforce Planning & Activity Registration, Competence Management and Learning solutions)
  • Strong knowledge and skills of project management methodology and experience in working with ServiceNow, Jira & Xray, ADOIT Enterprise Architecture, ARIS BPM and Solution Manager
  • Able and willing to document the SAP and HR solutions and their roadmap in ADOIT (EA tool) and in ARIS (BPM tool) and in the Data management tool
  • Expertise in a broad range of HRM solutions in or outside of SAP, as well as up to date knowledge on all Data Privacy and Security requirements in Belgian legislation
  • Experience in a company with cohort learning is seen as an asset
  • Strong communication skills
    • Stakeholdermanagement, negotiation skills, connective communication.
    • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
