For the Cyber and Information Security Office, we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Project Manager who is well-versed in managing complex projects and adhering to best practices such as the PM2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive and formal project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Analyse project cost, schedule, and utilization.
- Ensure project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security, quality, and team member performance.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meet with vendors, executives, user community representatives, or other stakeholders to establish project parameters, discuss project progress, and resolve issues.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve maximum productivity and performance.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management in the cybersecurity field
- Knowledge of PM2 guidelines and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- PM2 (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- A degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a scientific field is advantageous.
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as Monte Carlo Analysis is advantageous
- Languages: English is a must, complemented with either Dutch or French.
