For the Cyber and Information Security Office, we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Project Manager who is well-versed in managing complex projects and adhering to best practices such as the PM2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive and formal project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Analyse project cost, schedule, and utilization.
  • Ensure project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security, quality, and team member performance.
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meet with vendors, executives, user community representatives, or other stakeholders to establish project parameters, discuss project progress, and resolve issues.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.
  • Lead and motivate the project team to achieve maximum productivity and performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management in the cybersecurity field
  • Knowledge of PM2 guidelines and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • PM2 (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
  • A degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a scientific field is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods such as Monte Carlo Analysis is advantageous
  • Languages: English is a must, complemented with either Dutch or French.
