As the IAM Expert at YPTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's Identity and Access Management processes, providing guidance to the ICAM team, and ensuring continuous improvement. Additionally, you will act as an authority in developing, implementing, and maintaining the IAM processes and procedures in alignment with industry standards and evolutions, and legal requirements. Your role will also involve promoting cybersecurity awareness and best practices within the organization.
Develop the IAM Team
:
- Review the current IAM processes versus the upcoming NIS2 regulations
- Identify improvements to enhance the efficiency and consistency of the Identity & Access Management Processes through tooling.
- Ensure prioritization and quality assurance of tasks within the IAM team.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the IAM team as needed.
- Assist in the selection of new team members with the requisite qualifications and skills.
Improve and Maintain the IAM Capabilities and Services :
- Enhance and maintain the IAM team's capabilities and services.
- Align the IAM Processes with other CISO & Operational Processes
- Manage all aspects of the lifecycle management of IAM capabilities and services, including designing, implementing KPIs/KRIs, documenting procedures, identifying and addressing operational and quality risks.
- Report to internal stakeholders on KPIs and quality
- Follow up and work with our external suppliers in order to ensure correct functioning of the processes
Knowledge Transfer :
- Collaborate with other leads of the CISO Team to enable synergies.
- Assist colleagues within the CISO office and Ypto in understanding information security
- Mentor junior team members to facilitate their professional development.
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience in information security management of which at least 5 years in the identity and access domain.
- Certifications such as CISSP, ISO27001 are considered advantageous.
- Master's degree or higher
- Proficiency in Dutch or/and French (C2) and English (C1).
- Expert knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy standards, identity frameworks, access policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of implementing IAM programs for large organizations.
- Experience and good understanding of the IAM tooling
- Strong network and active participation within the Belgian Cyber Community is preferred.
