For our M365 team we are looking for Young Graduates who want to form the link between IT and Business. You identify and analyze the digital needs of our client and translate them to a M365 solution, together with our Solution Designers.

You are a part of our Content & Collaboration Services (CCS) – M365 department, wherein all M365 Cloud services for the NMBS is being supported.

The projects you'll work on are mostly related to the increase of information management awareness and end-user productivity of M365 solutions.

As analyst , you will:

  • Be customer-focused, ensuring that our SNCB clients are heard and their needs met within the set governance frameworkfast-changing environment
  • Be able to apply your Jira experience in terms of management functions and dashboard creation
  • Stay-up-to-date on new technologies and toold within M365
  • Involve, guide, support and drive your colleagues for each request and in a constantly changing environment

Requirements

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree
  • You have a passion for technology
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Extensive knowledge of M365 is a must
  • You have an analytical mind, you like digging deep into business requirements and to search/analyse until you fully understand the problem
  • Result-driven delivery of M365
  • Proven delivery of M365 projects (such as SharePoint Classification, back-up and clean-up)
  • Experience with AI and GenAI in particularly is an added value
