As Manager of the ERP Transversal Business unit you will steer the PMO which supports the SAP transformation core team to implement the new ERP solutions within SNCB in the next 4 to 5 years. 

You will have people management role for about 30 employees.

You will also support the SAP transformation program and the core management in the following areas below:

For the PMO department the following taks are foreseen:

  • Project & Program governance embedded in the rest of the SNCB organisation

  • Project planning and progress reporting (+40 projects within the program)

  • Program Resource Management

  • Prepare and monitor program financials (actuals & budgets of all projects). aligning with tools of SNCB

  • ​Provide financial KPI’s, metrics & reporting to Program Management and SteerCo

  • Follow-up and report on Program Value Realisation

  • Follow-up with SI’s & SAP (multi-vendor) on contractually agreed deliverables (Vendor Service delivery QA & Contract Mgt)

  • Maintain the Program Risk Log·Organise the Program Central Organisational

  • Change Management including Communication, Mobilization, Training and Adoption Coordination

On top of the PMO the following transversal business oriented topic need to be organized:

  • Orchestrate the methodology, governance and roadmap for the business process modeling in close collaboration with the business process responsible (supported by the ARIS tool)

  • Lead the Domain Architects and align shERPa and non-shERPa roadmap with business needs

  • Lead and oversee the SAP data domain for migration and synchronization, follow-up of data cleaning stream

  • Align the test strategy over the program and promote test automation and orchestration of UAT with business

  • Organize and structure the training needs within the program together with business together with change management

  • Organize hypercare in close collaboration with the business responsible

  • Manage, structure and lead the team of project managers (+/- 10FTE) that are involved in the program

Requirements

  • +20 years experience in setting up from scratch and running a large programs or complex SAP implementations Program Management Office

  • +20 years experience in Program and Project Management

  • +20 years experience in advanced business and IT stakeholder management

  • Having managed at least 2 full life cycle large SAP Transformation projects with a broad functional scope (each covering at least 3 out of: Financials, HR, CRM, Sales, SCM, Assets, Procurement)

  • Knowledge of S/4HANA is a must

  • Knowledge of test methodologies is a must

  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English in written and spoken is critical
