Ypto is looking for a passionate young graduate to join our Train Maintenance ECS team, specifically for a starter who is enthusiastic about planning processes, supply chain management, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes.

As part of the SAP S/4 implementation program (shERPa), you will be trained by our internal Ypto team to become an expert in SAP solutions and NMBS processes. You will actively contribute to the rollout projects, ensuring that the implementation of SAP solutions meets the needs of the train maintenance department.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to support the digital transformation of NMBS and ensure the success of the SAP S/4 program in areas such as Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.

  • Support the ongoing rollout projects within the shERPa program, specifically focused on SAP PM/PP (Plant Maintenance / Production Planning) and SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).

  • Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to translate business needs into SAP solutions.

  • Develop your expertise in MRO processes, supply chain management, and SAP functionalities as part of your continuous learning and professional development.

  • Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and user support to ensure successful adoption of new tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • A completed Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a comparable field.

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and/or Dutch and English.

  • A keen interest in MRO, supply chain management, MRP, and S&OP processes.

  • Eagerness to work with SAP S/4, particularly in SAP PM/PP and SAP IBP modules.

  • Willingness to be onsite in Brussels a minimum of 2 days per week.

Our offer

Within our open business culture, you will work behind the scenes on the digital transformation of NMBS/SNCB. You have a job with social impact and room for personal input. In addition to a good work-life balance and a competitive salary, your package includes:

  • Possibility to work from home 3 days a week + flexible working hours

  • 35 days of leave

  • Company car + public transport pass

  • Hospitalisation insurance (including dental care) for the whole family, group and invalidity insurance (cafeteria plan), without own contribution

  • Meal and eco cheques

  • Net allowances for remote work and carwash + internet budget

With additional advantages:

  • A place in a very mature team of IT & SAP experts who will guide you and teach you a lot.

  • Room for personal growth, through an extensive onboarding and training program.
