Ypto is seeking motivated Young Graduates eager to bridge the gap between IT and Business. We are looking to hire several profiles, including Functional Analysts and Developers, each with distinct skill sets and responsibilities.
You will be part of our Solution Delivery Transport operations, Data & Planning (TDP) department, responsible for systems supporting real-time operations, transport execution management, transport planning, competencies management, data & analytics, M365, collaboration tools, and document management.
Responsibilities:
Functional Analysts:
Identify and analyze client requirements.
Translate business needs into IT solutions.
Conduct detailed business process analysis and optimization.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
Document and communicate requirements effectively to all stakeholders.
Utilize Atlassian suite tools (JIRA, Confluence) and work according to Agile/Scrum methodology.
Developers:
Design, develop, and implement IT solutions based on requirements.
Participate in various stages of the software development lifecycle.
Debug, test, and maintain software applications.
Ensure high-quality and efficient code.
Collaborate with Functional Analysts and implementation partners to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
A completed Master's degree in a relevant field such as:
Engineering
Economics
Commercial Sciences
Finance
IT/Technology
Passion for technology.
Eagerness to learn and ambition.
Quick adaptability to new concepts.
International mindset.
Strong team player with the motto "Together everyone achieves more”.
Additional Requirements for Functional Analysts:
Strong analytical skills to deeply understand business problems.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions between business and technical teams.
Proficiency in business process analysis and optimization.
Experience with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French, and the ability to understand the other language. English proficiency is also required.
Additional Requirements for Developers:
A completed Master's degree in IT/Technology or a related discipline.
Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as C#/.Net, Kubernetes, Azure Function, Service Bus, CosmosDB, Redis Cache, Application Insights, React, and Blazor.
Experience in software development and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to debug, test, and maintain software applications effectively.
Proficiency in English.
