Junior Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in IT project coordination, scrum master or similar roles (2 year internship experience may be considered).

• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Safe, Agile, Waterfall).

• Basic understanding of ITIL framework is present, specifically around CMDB.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
