We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to
strict deadlines and within budget. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build
a career in project management within the IT industry.
Responsabilities:
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines and dependencies.
Coordinate project team activities, including dependency management and monitoring progress.
Track project performance to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
Manage and mitigate the Risks, Assumptions Issues and Dependencies on a continuous basis.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders, team members, and senior managers regularly.
Prepare documentation, such as project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Assist in maintaining project management tools and databases.
Foster strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Certifications such as CAPM, PMP (in progress), or Agile certifications are a plus.
Experience with IT systems and software development projects.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, or software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar roles (internship experience may be considered).
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Safe, Agile, Waterfall).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
You are fluent in Dutch, French & English.
